Account Manager

Requirements:

  • Work experience with CRM
  • Work experience IT account manager from 2 years
  • Spoken English — Upper intermediate and higher
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in troubleshooting
  • Understanding of the sales process / Upsale / Crosselling
  • Experience with client care/customer care
  • Working Experience at Web-Development agencies

Will be an advantage:

  • Access to the IT communities in EU
  • Ability to demonstrate upsale / crossale experience and results

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell and implement them
  • Identify client’s needs and problems
  • Client engagement and support
  • Monitor, detect, support and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Reporting, billing and invoicing of the customers, Payment tracking
  • Developing and promoting a Unique Selling/ Value Proposition
  • Calls with customers or potential customers at the request of the sales team
  • Up-selling and Crosselling to the existing customers
