Our client is a UK-based jewellery shop with an impressive collection of jewellery, watches, and top brands of wedding dresses – providing an unforgettable customer experience.

The jewellery shop was running on the Magento version 2.2.6; our client paid attention to the update and optimisation process. Thuswise, our primary task was to upgrade Magento from version 2.2.6 to version 2.4.3. Also, our dev team were tasked with module updating and fixing conflicting files.
The old theme was incompatible with Magento 2.4.3. In order to change it, we’ve created a new theme Webmeridian_custom, to override the old theme and fix the style problem. These actions allow changes not to hurt conversion rate as well as to enable a smooth customer journey.

The updated online store is now successfully processing near 3000 website visitors a month on a new version of the Magento as well as providing their buyers with an outstanding online shopping experience.
