Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue in the e-commerce sector.
- Manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor the market, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Define and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales department.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to company leadership.
- Implement new approaches and technologies to optimize the sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior sales position within an IT company, preferably in the e-commerce domain.
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce market and its trends.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to negotiate and close beneficial deals.
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience on the same position with the written and proved results.
- Experience with various sales channels
- Deep knowledge of CRM
- Understanding of e-commerce web-development platforms and tools
- Understanding of pricing / product models.
- Experience of working in service-company. (outsource / outstaffing)
