We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead of Sales who will be responsible not only for building and managing the sales function but also for actively generating leads, working with prospects, and closing deals.
This role combines strategic thinking, team leadership, and personal sales performance.
Currently, we work primarily with e-commerce projects, but our goal is to expand into other technologies and domains, so we are looking for a sales leader who can drive this growth across European and US markets.
Sales & Growth
- Actively generate leads via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, partnerships, networking) and manage the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, closing.
- Maintain a personal pipeline while testing and validating new niches, markets, and service offerings.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue in e‑commerce and new technology domains, strengthening presence in EU and US markets.
- Define and refine pricing, packaging, and service models based on market trends and customer needs.
Leadership & Operations
- Recruit, onboard, and coach the sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a results‑driven culture.
- Support BDMs in deal strategy and negotiations while scaling team performance.
- Implement and optimize CRM systems and sales processes, monitor metrics, and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Introduce new tools and approaches to improve efficiency and sales effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven experience as Team Lead / Head of Sales / Senior BDM in IT services (outsourcing/outstaffing).
- Strong hands‑on sales and lead generation track record with measurable results.
- Experience working with EU and/or US markets, ideally in e‑commerce, with openness to new domains.
- Ability to combine management responsibilities with active sales work.
- Knowledge of multiple sales channels, CRM systems, funnels, pricing models, and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent English (spoken and written).
